Moving efficiently can be as simple as hoisting your 50 pound bag of dog food into your SUV or pushing a wheelbarrow full of dirt without blowing your back out. Maybe it's running on the soccer field and not experiencing debilitating hip pain the next day; or throwing a Frisbee with your dog and your shoulder should be pain free.
Here at Fit Core Training, posture is assessed from a static point (standing still) and from a mobility point (how your body moves when doing a basic movement).
Based on the static and mobile postural assessment, an individualized program is designed to meet your needs and your goals.
