Allow us to come in 3x's/week for 45 minutes and we will warm your employees up, teach them resistance training, and then stretch them out so they are ready for the rest of the day.
No equipment, but you know how important it is to have healthy employees, no problem. Using pure body weight exercises will put a whole new spin on working out. No equipment needed, not even gym shoes. Bring a towel for all that sweat. This is a great way to work out if you only have 30 minutes free to offer your employees this type of program. Try for 3 days a week, 2 at the least. These programs are most effective during mid-morning breaks or the lunch hour.
