Call Center
Our business runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You can rest assure knowing that you will never get an answering service when you call us. Our sophisticated Caller ID interface allows our dispatch professionals to instantly see a customer's prior trip history - giving a more personal service experience. Using VOIP phones allows Pink Taxi to have multiple call centers. When you operate around the clock, you have to be accessible - no matter what time of day. We understand the needs of our customers, and cab trips are made all day and all night. Customers have to be able to access us - at any time.



Dispatch System
Our “State of Art” Cloud-Based GPS Dispatch System is key to our success - focused on service and efficiency. It is the nerve center and crucial to managing all aspects of our operation.



Mobile Dispatch Terminals
iPADs serve as our Mobile Dispatch Terminals. In addition to handling dispatch logistics, they provide GPS guidance for our drivers. “Real-Time Traffic” mapping is also available on screen. Utilizing new technology, we now provide live video communication between drivers and dispatchers, as we encourage consistent communication - to get the job done safely and efficiently.



Taxi Meters
Traditional mechanical taxi meters have been replaced with “electronic meters”, allowing for more accurate and consistent fare calculation. These meters, on an iPAD, allow our drivers to instantly email the customer a receipt for their records.



Credit Card System
Pink Taxi uses secure wireless credit card instant approval via data encrypted cellular network. Our process generates electronic receipts emailed to customers at their option.



Customer Interface
Our iPhone Taxi Application gives customers the ability to track their taxi. Once a cab has been requested, customers will discover that they’re able to track the physical location of their driver as the cab approaches. Customers also may text for a cab, which some find convenient rather than calling the dispatch center. Available for iPhone (and coming soon for Android and Blackberry).
