Qi Gong for Women
Qigong is a system of self-healing that has been used in China for more than 2,000 years to maintain health, achieve longevity, and treat disease. It consists of gentle exercises that combine breath, slow movement, self-massage, and meditation to harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
This nourishing Qigong form provides great benefit to all women regardless of age or reproductive history, and is especially effective with cases of infertility, diseases related to the female reproductive organs or gynecological system, as well as supporting smooth transitions with pregnancy and menopause.
Cost: $8 per class $30 for Series of 5 Classes
Classes held on the first and third Saturday every month – 9:00 to 9:45 am

GUIDED BEGINNERS MEDITATION
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years. Originally, it was meant to deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life. These days meditation is considered a type of mind - body complimentary medicine and is commonly used to produce a deep state of relaxation and tranquil mind.
Meditation helps to bring one's attention into focus and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that might be crowding the mind and causing stress. Benefits of meditation include:

Along with self analysis and self improvement, meditation makes it possible to face the challenges of daily life on a calm, balanced way with a greater control of consciousness, allowing one to experience a more joyful, positive and successful attitude in life.
