Kennedy Wilson, as agent for Berger Realty Group, is happy to announce that we have the ability to accept payments online. 

 

 

 

 

If you have never paid online before, we encourage you to take advantage of this convenient payment option. Here’s how to get started:

· Visit our website - CLICK HERE

· Click on Create New Account. Use your account number: 4748

· You will also need to enter your date of birth to create an account (mm/dd/yyyy)

· Once registered, make a one-time payment with a credit card or e-check

**Please note, you will only be able to create ONE login per account number.**

 

If you would like to pay online using a CREDIT CARD, the fees are as follow:

 

· Visa: Flat rate of $19.95 (the total does not matter, the rate will remain the same)

· MasterCard/ Discover/ Diner’s Club: 2.75% of the total (i.e. If rent is $1000, the fee will be $27.50)

· American Express: 3.75% of the total (i.e. If rent is $1000, the fee will be $37.50)

 

If you would like to pay online using a BANK ACCOUNT, the fees are as follow:

 

· $2.95 convenience fee for paying with an E-Check.
